Ilke Homes, a British developer of single-family modular houses, has partnered with investment management company Man Group’s private markets investment business Man GPM to acquire an eight-acre site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The site will be used to develop a housing community consisting of 146 single-family houses, out of which 101 units will be available at affordable rent, with the remaining available for shared ownership.
The houses will be manufactured at the 250,000 sq ft factory in Yorkshire and delivered to the site in Northamptonshire for assembly.
