BrainStation announces USD 20 million investment in New York expansion

Geographic expansion

 • BrainStation, a digital education platform for professionals, announced the expansion of its operations in New York, which includes a multi-year investment of more than USD 20 million and a new physical campus in New York.

 • The company plans to leverage this investment to train 5,000 professionals annually to secure jobs in the fields of software engineering, data analytics, data science, user experience design, product management, and digital marketing. Additionally, the 35,000 sq ft campus area will offer two floors of classrooms, broadcast studios, and event spaces in SoHo.

Analyst QuickTake : BrainStation’s primary product is its bootcamps, which can be done online or in-person at multiple physical campuses in cities such as New York, Miami, Toronto, and Vancouver. The bootcamps provide participants with personalized career guidance and support (taught by instructors from global companies such as Meta, Amazon, and Google), which includes CV writing, job applications, personal branding, and interview preparation, among others. Additionally, the bootcamps provide access to a hiring network of over 6,500 global companies. More recently, in November 2021, the company announced its European expansion plans.
