Freewire Technologies partners with Phillips 66 for EV charging

Partnerships

  • FreeWire Technologies, a startup offering DC fast-charging infrastructure for EVs, has signed a letter of intent with Phillips 66, a Texas-based energy multinational, to deploy its first EV charging program in the US.

  • The partnership enables Phillips 66 to leverage FreeWire’s battery-integrated charging technology across its fueling stations in the US and other strategic locations.

  • Phillips 66 will scale up its electric fueling stations to cover its retail network of 7,000 US sites by utilizing the Phillips 66, 76, and Conoco brands.
