Klaviyo, an email and SME marketing platform specializing in ecommerce brands, announced a renewal of its partnership with BigCommerce, a leading ecommerce platform enabling brands to create personalized and targeted consumer experiences.
The integration allows Klaviyo users to sync historical and real-time customer data, enable dynamic segmentation, and automate form creation.
In addition, Klaviyo announced partnerships and product integrations with a number of firms including Upwork (freelancing platform), Zendesk (CRM software), Narvar (after-sales experience platform), and Shopware (ecommerce platform).
