Axonify, a learning and communication solutions provider for frontline workers, acquired Nudge, a communications platform, for an undisclosed amount. As part of the transaction, Lindsey Goodchild, CEO and co-founder of Nudge, will join Axonify as chief strategy officer.
The acquisition will strengthen Axonify’s adaptive microlearning solution by integrating with Nudge's two-way communications and task management platform.
Nudge offers a mobile-based frontline enablement solution to improve productivity by combining two-way communications and guided tools. The platform features centralized employee communication, two-way employee feedback, employee engagement tools, gamified assessments, campaign analytics, and insights. It currently serves brands across North America including Staples, Mastermind Toys, and Margaritaville.
