Action IQ, a customer data platform (CDP), launched CX Hub, a self-service, modular customer experience platform enabling enterprise users to build audiences and launch customer experiences at scale.
The AIQ CX Hub consists of four modular solutions: 1) CDP to unify customer data, 2) audience center to segment and build audience lists, 3) journey management for customer journey orchestration, and 4) real-time customer experience tracking. The hub can integrate with any data source or channel and gives firms the flexibility to either purchase a CDP from AIQ or use their own in-house solution.
The firm also refreshed its brand as AIQ to mark its transition to providing solutions for enterprise users.
<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake: As the CDP space becomes more crowded, driven by user demand for solutions to manage first-party customer data, AIQ may have chosen to specialize in the enterprise user space to gain an edge over its peers. Other marketing automation startups such as Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing platform) have also followed suit, recently introducing Klaviyo One , an enterprise solution specialized for large brands.</ul>
