A2Z partners with STCR to promote Cust2Mate smart carts across the US and Caribbean

Partnerships

  • A2Z Smart Technologies Corp., an Israel-based provider of military-grade technology solutions and parent of smart carts provider Cust2Mate, announced a partnership with STCR Business Systems Inc., a US-based developer of retail technology solutions. The partnership will facilitate the adoption of Cust2Mate carts in retail stores across the US and Caribbean.

  • STCR will support the continued rollout of Cust2Mate’s innovative platform by promoting Cust2Mate smart carts to its partners and customers across the US and Caribbean.

<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake: Cust2Mate appears to be broadening the geographic scope of its operations and the nature of its partnerships. While the company already has retail deployments in the US (e.g., with Evergreen KosherMarket ), the partnership with STCR Business Systems further expands the potential for retail deployments in the US as well as the Caribbean. Meanwhile, the company’s recent partnership with global IT company Accenture Italy is focused on expanding its market presence in Europe. Additionally, the nature of Cust2Mate’s recent partnerships differs markedly from previous partnerships, which have exclusively focused on supermarket chains. The collaborations with STCR and Accenture suggest the smart cart provider is increasingly looking to branch out beyond supermarkets and convenience stores and instead, tap into the retail connections of tech-focused companies.<ul>
