Finland-based quantum hardware company IQM Quantum Computers (IQM) has raised EUR 128 million (USD 130 million) in a Series A-2 funding round led by World Fund with participation from Bayern Kapital, EIC Fund, and others. The round is reportedly the largest to date to have been raised by a European quantum computing company.
The proceeds will be directed toward accelerating the development of its quantum processors to predominantly address climate change and fueling its international business operations.
