Netskope, a cloud security startup using a zero trust approach, has acquired Infiot, a cloud networking vendor for an undisclosed amount.
Through the acquisition Netskope will integrate Infiot’s technology to offer uniform security and quality of experience (QoE) policies to the Netskope Borderless WAN to deliver an integrated single-vendor SASE platform to customers.
Founded in 2018, Infiot is a developer of a cloud-delivered architecture platform for the IoT industry enabling secure and reliable access with zero trust security, network and application optimization, and AI-driven operations.
<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake: This is the second acquisition completed by Netskope in the span of two months. In June 2022, the company acquired WootClout, an IoT security startup , through which it aimed to integrate WootCloud’s HyperContext Security platform with its Intelligent Security Service Edge (SSE) platform in a bid to expand its SSE and Zero Trust capabilities.</ul>
