France-based vegan brand Kokiriki announced the addition of a range of vegan nuggets and breaded items made using alternative fish as well as its alternative tuna product Veg-Toona to increase its portfolio of plant-based foods.
Founded in 2018, Kokiriki produces plant-based meats including charcuterie, minces, and guilettes. The company uses peas, millet, acacia, chicory, manioc, soya, potatoes, and radishes as ingredients for its alternative meat lineup. Kokiriki products can be found at 110 Carrefour hypermarkets across France and at limited stores in Hungary, Ukraine, Slovenia, and Sweden.
