GrowthSpace, a learning and development platform, secured USD 25 million in a Series B funding round led by Zeev Ventures, with participation from existing investors M12 (Microsoft's venture fund) and Vertex Ventures. The round follows its USD 15 million Series A fundraiser in September 2021, bringing its total funding to USD 44 million.
It plans to use the funds to scale its global operations to meet the increasing demand for G2 category leaders.
The company reported a 5x growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 12 months of its Series A funding. It currently has a network of 1,500 experts across 50 countries.
Analyst QuickTake: GrowthSpace investors stated that during this period of high inflation, rate hikes, and overall economic downturn they would only consider investing in businesses that had a high potential of success. This is reaffirmed by its users: more than 95% of employees who have undergone a GrowthSpace program and 90% of their direct managers have reported an improvement in business performance. Additionally, the platform’s performance analytics measure the impact on the organizational KPIs.
