Plantcraft, a New York-based producer of plant-based deli meats has partnered with deli-in-store concept Plantega to debut the former's new plant-based bologna in the form of a sandwich. The ingredients used in the bologna have not been disclosed yet.
The sandwich will feature Plantcraft’s bologna, mustard, vegan mayo, vegan cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It will be available for a limited time from August 26–September 26 across four Plantega outlets in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
