ParkHub, a parking inventory management solution provider, announced that it has acquired Fuzse, a payment processing solution provider, for an undisclosed amount. As part of the agreement Lane Conner, founder and CEO of Fuzse, will transition to the role of president of payments at ParkHub from his advisory position in ParkHub since 2015.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Parkhub’s payment suite of solutions.
Founded by Stack Sports (formerly Blue Star Payment Solutions) in 2016, Fuzse offers integrated payment processing tools via mobile-based applications and e-commerce solutions for independent software vendors and developers. The platform features contactless payments, real-time data processing, analytics, and integrations with ticketing and parking reservation providers.
Analyst QuickTake: The acquisition of Fuzse builds on the company’s strategy of strengthening its edge on contactless payments where it offers both hardware solutions which include handheld mobile point of sales (POS) devices as well as software solutions covering a wide range of use cases. This complements its earlier acquisition of Curbtrac, a parking payment platform in July 2021 to further optimize its payment solutions.
