London-based podcast solutions provider Auddy has acquired Audiomy, an Austria-based podcast advertiser. The financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The acquisition comes nearly a year after Auddy’s acquisition of podcast production company Radio Wolfgang.
Audiomy is a platform that connects podcasters and businesses focused on the Germany-speaking DACH region for advertising sales. Through the deal, Auddy will expand in the DACH region and expects to benefit from Audiomy’s technology and client base. Audiomy has partnered with over 350 podcasts covering over 5.7 million unique listeners.
