• Measurabl, a startup offering SaaS-based ESG data management solutions for the commercial real estate industry had acquired WegoWise, a utility data management and analytics platform for real estate, from AppFolio, a provider of cloud-based business management solutions for real estate.  

• The acquisition provides Measurabl with access to WegoWise’s proprietary utility automation infrastructure. Post the acquisition, Measurabl plans to integrate a scaled utility automation and residential real estate software application to its overall ESG platform while serving the ESG needs of single and multi-family real estate clients. WegoWise enables Measurabl to also eliminate barriers in accessing utility data. 

<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake: Measurabl had previously acquired Hatch Data, a smart building platform provider, to expand its ESG data solution in April 2022. The acquisition scaled up Measurabl’s existing coverage of over 12 billion sq ft of commercial real estate by 550 million sq ft.</ul>
