Innomy raises EUR 1.3 million in Pre Series A funding round

Funding

  • Spanish startup Innomy, a company developing mycelium-based meat alternatives, announced it has raised EUR 1.3 million (~USD 1.3 million) in a Pre Series A funding round co-led by Corporacion Cervino, Rockstart, Zubi Capital, Eatable Adventures, and the National Center for Technology and Food Safety (CNTA).

  • The funding is intended to be used for scaling, promoting, and marketing its products in the European market.

  • Innomy, founded in 2021, is a part of the Spain Foodtech accelerator developed jointly by Eatbale Adventures, the Spanish import and export authority (ICEX), CNTA, and Rockstart’s agri-food program. The company specializes in using fungi and biotechnology to develop mycelium-based meat alternatives. While its products have not been commercialized yet pre-sales have been initiated on its website.
