Canoo, a Nasdaq-listed EV manufacturer, signed an agreement with Zeeba, a flexible fleet solutions provider for small & medium businesses, for the latter to purchase 5,450 EVs for its fleet, with an initial binding commitment for 3,000 units in 2024. Canoo will be providing its Lifestyle Delivery Vehicles (LDV) and Lifestyle Vehicles (LV).
The modular design of Canoo’s EVs allows Zeeba to customize as per their clients’ needs while also offering sustainability and competitive operating cost advantages. It is expected that the Canoo EVs will be used for mile delivery, mobile goods, ride-hailing, food delivery, trade professions, etc.
Analyst QuickTake: In addition to the above, Canoo is providing 4,500 LDVs to Walmart for last-mile deliveries, with the option for the latter to purchase up to 10,000 units. The company also reported over USD 1 billion in its sales pipeline in its Q2 2022 results .
