Perygee, an IoT security startup, has raised USD 4.75 million in a seed funding round led by Ballistic Ventures, with participation from BBG Ventures and several angel investors. Perygee’s total funding currently stands at USD 6.35 million.
The funds will provide a two-year runway for the company to validate the product with end users, build out a sales and marketing operation, and accelerate its growth and business operations.
Perygee also launched the self-service free tier of its platform, which provides tools to customize and manage IoT/OT data, dashboards, and workflows. The company currently manages 30,000 devices and has an employee headcount of seven.
