Parade expands partnership with DAT Freight & Analytics to offer capacity-based pricing

Product updates

  • Parade, an online freight matching company, has expanded its partnership with DAT Freight & Analytics (DAT), an operator of a truckload freight marketplace in North America, to offer capacity-based pricing for Parade’s brokers via its pricing tool called “Advantage.”

  • It will combine the DAT’s predictive benchmark with broker-carrier relationships and lane expertise data from Parade’s capacity management platform. It will help generate prices customized to individual brokers.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Parade and DAT have been working together since 2020. The duo first partnered in October 2020 to allow Parade’s artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform to select and price loads for digital booking on the DAT load board. The companies expanded their partnership earlier this year through a minority investment in Parade and to strengthen the integration between the two platforms.
