Juicy Marbles launch plant-based whole-cut loin

Product updates

  • Slovenian plant-based meat startup Juicy Marbles announced the e-commerce launch of its latest whole-cut product, plant-based loin. With nearly 2 pounds of plant-based meat, the company claims this is the largest whole-cut product in the plant-based space ever to be produced.

  • According to the company this new product is versatile in its applications and can be grilled, broiled, roasted, cut into steaks or even boiled to make broths. The product arrives uncooked and unseasoned allowing for cooks to prepare it according to their own preference and creativity.

  • As with the company’s range of whole-cut products, the new whole-cut loin is made using non-GMO soy, sunflower oil, and beetroot powder as its base.

  • Starting from November 11th consumers who have subscribed to the waiting list–which includes vegan pop-icon Lizzo–will be able to try out the new product.
