The management put forward a revised plan to achieve its targets which includes

    • Consolidating farming capacity across Growing Centers in Germany, Denmark, and Canada, and opening a new Growing center in Maryland .

    • Downsizing operations in the UK, France, and the Netherlands

    • Reducing production costs via its high-yield industrial-scale farming units (ACREs) and relocating modular ACRE farming units to the core markets.

  • Analyst QuickTake : Infarm previously announced that it is laying off 5% of its employees in September 2022.   At the time, the company had over 1,000 employees across Europe, Japan, Canada, and the US.
