Product updates

  • Starship Technologies, an autonomous delivery droid manufacturer, has partnered with eSIM technology provider TEAL to obtain connectivity solutions for its droids.

  • TEAL will provide Starship Technologies with a single subscriber identification module (SIM) solution that will enable the latter to work with multiple mobile network operators (MNOs).

  • This will also enable the droids to stay online longer and have more accurate times of arrival (ETAs) for customers.

  • Starship Technologies has replaced its entire fleet with TEAL’s eSIM credentialing platform, with plans to double the number of eSIM-powered droids and expand its operations in Europe in 2023.
