Cypher, a DeFi wallet provider, announced the raising of USD 4.3 million in seed funding led by Y Combinator with participation from OrangeDAO, Samsung Next, and Balaji Srinivasan.
The company plans to use the funding to invest in research and development, product development, and forming partnerships with banking institutions.
