Sendinblue, an all-in-one marketing platform, announced that it had achieved a 10x revenue growth since 2017 and surpassed USD 100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by end 2022 while maintaining a positive EBITDA position.
During 2022, the firm also achieved the following milestones: 1) 500,000+ customers (20+ YoY growth); 2) 700 employees (30% YoY growth); and 3) and the opening of seven new offices in Europe, North America, and South Asia.
The firm also stated that its multi-channel marketing solution can integrate with 75+ other business tools and e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Zapier, and Stripe. The firm also added five new customers over the past 18 months including Chatra, MeetFox, PushOwl, Yodel.io, and Metrilo.
The firm plans to achieve a further 10x revenue growth and reach USD 1 billion ARR by 2030, with a focus on US expansion.
Analyst QuickTake: Sendinblue’s strong performance has been driven by a series of acquisitions through which it has expanded its product offerings. A case in point is MeetFox , a meeting schedule and video conferencing platform, acquired in March 2022, following Sendinblue’s launch of an integrated meetings solution in November 2022. Further expansion to its product offerings can be expected in 2023, leveraging on other acquisitions such as Yodel.io , a cloud-based business phone system, acquired in September 2022.
