Final Foods, a California-based natural food and technology startup developing plant-based meats, has launched its first line of plant-based meat alternatives predominantly for gourmet chefs and the foodservice industry.
Made with pea proteins using a simple extrusion process without any fillers, saturated fat, antibiotics, hormones, or bioengineered ingredients, the company’s vegan meats are made to provide a natural alternative to meat while replicating the taste of their animal counterparts.
The launched products include the company’s Original Plant-Based Meat, Marinata, and Cotolette sold in the form of slices and large cuts that are ideal for grilling, stewing, sautéing, stir-frying, and more.
Founded in 2022, Final Foods develops plant-based meat and production technology for creating cruelty-free and plant-based products. The company’s current portfolio includes three options of plant-based meats: sliced, large-cut formats, and plant-based jerky products. Apart from selling meat alternatives, the company is working on licensing its small-scale micro-factories for SMEs.
