Abbot’s Butcher to feature in Protein Bar and Kitchen’s dedicated vegan menu

Partnerships

  • Abbot’s Butcher, a California-based, plant-based meat startup, will be featured in Chicago’s fast-casual health food chain, Protein Bar and Kitchen’s (PBK) dedicated vegan menu.

  • The new menu will offer Spicy Chick’n Bowl, Buffalo Chick’n Bowl, Chick’n Verde Salad, Chick’n & Roasted Vegetables, Chick’n Tinga Bowl, Vegan Harvest Salad, and Greener Goddess Salad; all the chicken options are made using Abbot’s Chopped Chick’n.

  • Customers will also be able to use Chopped Chick’n as a protein option for any of PBK’s regular menu items. This new menu has also launched across food delivery apps such as DoorDash and Uber Eats.
