Israel-based quantum software startup Classiq entered into a collaboration with tech giant Microsoft, to launch a global quantum academic program targeted at researchers and educational institutions. The terms and financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Through the program, researchers, students, and professors will gain access to Classiq’s software platform and Microsoft's Azure quantum cloud platform which offers a variety of quantum hardware. The offering will facilitate advanced teaching courses and accelerate the design of quantum algorithms.
