Ever After Foods launches bio-reactor platform for cultured meat production that promises to overcome scaling challenges

Product updates

  • Ever After Foods (formerly known as Plurinuva), a food tech company based in Israel, launched its patented Bio-reactor platform to produce cultivated meat on a large scale.

  • The company created a low-capex bioreactor platform that aims to replace the widely used pharma-grade solutions, which can only be effective on a small scale. According to the company, the new platform can support the production of extremely high densities of cultured meat at very large scales yielding a 700% increase in productivity compared to the alternatives.

  • Ever After Food was spun out of Pluri Inc to focus on bringing slaughter-free, premium cultivated meat to the mass market. The company is backed by Tnuva, Israel’s largest food producer.
