Hardware-agnostic quantum computing platform provider Strangeworks has raised USD 24 million in a Series A funding round led by Hitachi Ventures, along with participation from other corporate venture capital funds, including IBM and Raytheon. This brings the total funds raised by the company to USD 28 million.
The raised funds will be used to expand the company’s team and will also be used in product development initiatives in areas such as quantum-inspired, high-performance computing and AI.
