Chamlion raises USD 34 million in series B funding

Funding

  • Chamlion, a Chinese developer of 3D printing solutions for the dentistry market, raised USD 34 million (~CNY 236 million) in a Series B round led by 3H Health with participation from Vertex Ventures China and existing shareholder Zhencheng Capital.

  • The funds will be used to expand the company’s domestic and overseas operations.

  • Based in China, Chamlio offers digital dentistry solutions based on 3D printing technology. The company employs a hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) business model for dental 3D printing by linking 3D printers to the internet and constructing a widely-distributed dental manufacturing cloud factory. The company has branches in the US, France, and Turkey.
