Quantron US partners with FirstElement Fuel for hydrogen refueling

  • Quantron US, a subsidiary of Quantron AG, a German developer of electric and hydrogen commercial vehicles, has partnered with FirstElement Fuel, an operator of hydrogen-refueling stations. 

  • Under the partnership, Quantron US will make commitments with FirstElement Fuel to connect its customers to the latter’s hydrogen fueling network across California. This collaboration will allow Quantron US to provide its customers with access to FirstElement Fuel's hydrogen stations by further developing its Quantron-as-a-Service (QaaS) 360-degree service. 

  • Additionally, the partnership will help accelerate the adoption of hydrogen fuel-cell technology and advance the development of a sustainable transportation system.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Building on this partnership, Quantron is also collaborating with FirstElement Fuel to showcase its new hydrogen fuel-cell electric (FCEV) semi truck at Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in California. Quantron US has been developing its Class 8 FCEV semi-truck since its founding in October 2022 .
