GREENFORCE unveils vegan meatloaf

Product updates

  • GREENFORCE, a German startup developing vegan meat alternatives, has launched a vegan Leberkäse, a plant-based version of a German meatloaf usually made with beef, pork, and bacon.

  • The vegan meatloaf is produced using pea and field bean protein without the addition of soy or flavor enhancers and is claimed to be remarkably similar to the animal-based counterpart in terms of looks, taste, and texture.

  • The product arrives encased in double-chamber packs of 80 g thick slices and is offered to food retailers in single-brand cartons of five packs.

  • GREENFORCE, founded in 2020, develops and sells plant-based meat alternatives. Available online and via German retail outlets such as Edeka, Rewe, Flink, Gorillas, and Hit, its product portfolio includes vegan meat, fish, spread, sauces, and dips.
