GREENFORCE, a German startup developing vegan meat alternatives, has launched a vegan Leberkäse, a plant-based version of a German meatloaf usually made with beef, pork, and bacon.
The vegan meatloaf is produced using pea and field bean protein without the addition of soy or flavor enhancers and is claimed to be remarkably similar to the animal-based counterpart in terms of looks, taste, and texture.
The product arrives encased in double-chamber packs of 80 g thick slices and is offered to food retailers in single-brand cartons of five packs.
GREENFORCE, founded in 2020, develops and sells plant-based meat alternatives. Available online and via German retail outlets such as Edeka, Rewe, Flink, Gorillas, and Hit, its product portfolio includes vegan meat, fish, spread, sauces, and dips.
