Boston-based food technology company Motiff FoodWorks has launched its finished format foodservice portfolio at the National Restaurant Association show. Products include Motif PorkWorks’ Plant-Based Ground and Motif BeefWorks’ Plant-Based Burger Patties and Grounds.
The company will also showcase a limited preview of Motif ChickenWorks’ Plant-Based Cutlets, slated to launch later this year. All products have been made using Motif’s breakthrough ingredients, HEMAMI and APPETEX, and refined for the foodservice sector.
Analyst QuickTake: Motif released its first finished format product, Motif BeefWorks’ Plant-Based Burger Patties, in April 2023 as part of a limited, direct-to-consumer sale. This launch showcased the potential of its ingredients directly to consumers before its large-scale B2B release.
