Demandbase launches Buying Group AI to further streamline client engagement

Product updates

  • Demandbase, an account-based marketing (ABM) platform, launched AI-powered buying groups which it claims are industry-first, to streamline customer engagement further.

  • The new solution offered on the Demandbase One platform utilizes generative AI to analyze data, including 150+ million B2B contacts, comprehensive advertising, intent, and engagement data, enabling the generation of dynamic B2B buying groups, role assignments, persona identification, and contact recommendations. It is expected to be launched out of beta in Q3 2023.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Demandbase's strategy of introducing buying groups aligns with its previous initiatives and overall approach, leveraging AI-powered technology to address traditional lead-based approaches' limitations and broaden ABM's scope. This move builds upon its past efforts, such as D2 Labs and the unified sales intelligence platform, which focused on leveraging data science and streamlining functionalities.
