Partnerships
Geographic expansion

  • Living Greens Farm, a Minnesota-based company that grows salads, microgreens, and herbs using a proprietary aeroponics growing system, has partnered with Certhon, a greenhouse construction company, to expand Living Greens Farm's aeroponic growing technology outside North America.

  • Through this partnership, Certhon will also leverage its R&D team and its innovation center to further enhance Living Green Farm’s technology for effective global implementation. Certhon stated that it will provide more information on this partnership during the GreenTech Amsterdam event happening from June 13–15, 2023.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This partnership comes amidst Living Greens Farms’ efforts to expand its geographical footprint. The company announced its expansion plans into the Upper Midwest in February 2021, accompanied by a distribution agreement with UNFI Produce Prescott to supply its vertically grown produce across the region. The company also disclosed its intention to invest USD 70 million in constructing a new vertical farm in Muncie, Indiana , aimed at serving markets in the northern, southern, and eastern US. With this new partnership, the company is looking to target markets beyond the US.
