Cloud network security firm Zscaler has announced a suite of new security solutions aimed at enabling organizations to fully utilize generative AI while preserving customer data privacy and safeguarding enterprise intellectual property.
The firm is currently previewing three new offerings: 1) Security Autopilot, which leverages Zscaler’s extensive security database in conjunction with generative AI to predict breaches and recommend security policies; 2) Zscaler Navigator, a natural language interface for Zscaler products; and 3) Multimodal DLP, a data loss prevention (DLP) solution for media types, such as audio and video, which are not generally protected by traditional DLP.
Additionally, Zscaler’s existing portfolio delivers tracking and security functionality for AI tools, including DLP, content retention for audit, AI risk scoring, and visibility and access controls.
Analyst QuickTake: Zscaler joins several firms in the cybersecurity space recently launching products leveraging generative AI and tackling related security issues, with Google Cloud , ZeroFox , SentinelOne , Crowdstrike , and several others announcing tools to optimize threat detection or automate tasks and Darktrace updating its AI models to account for generative tools.
