OmniFoods, the plant-based brand of Green Monday Holdings, has partnered with 7-Eleven Hawaii to introduce a plant-based version of Katsu Musubi, a Japanese dish made with luncheon meat.
The plant-based Katsu Musubi is made with OMNI Luncheon, a plant-based pork alternative made from soy, wheat, and beets. It is prepared katsu-style and wrapped in nori, with rice as the base. It is available at all 66 7-Eleven Hawaii locations.
