The partnership aims to showcase how cultivated meat can work alongside traditional farming to reduce pressure on producers and offer a sustainable alternative to meet the growing demand for animal meat.
Ivy Farm will cultivate Wagyu beef by growing cells derived from Finnebrogue's herd at its facility in Oxford. Finnebrogue will leverage Ivy Farm's cultivated meat process to explore potential opportunities in the cultivated meat space.
