Moolec Science develops new molecular farming platform

  • Moolec Science, a plant-based ingredient startup, has achieved a breakthrough in molecular farming technology that enables four times more pork protein expression from soy seeds than previously estimated.

  • The patent pending platform, Piggy Sooy, claims to deliver 26.6% pork protein expression from total soluble protein in soy seeds and turns the soybeans pink due to the high concentration of pork protein.
