Chunk Foods partners with Talk of the Town Restaurant Group to supply plant-based steaks

Partnerships

  • Chunk Foods, an Israeli plant-based meat developer, has partnered with Florida-based The Talk of the Town Restaurant Group, to offer a plant-based steak option across its restaurants. The partnership starts with Charley's Steak House, a traditional fine-dining steakhouse.

  • The Talk of the Town Restaurant Group will purchase 100,000 units of Chunk Foods’ plant-based steak, initially launching at Charley’s Steak House, followed by further rollouts in October at FishBones, Texas Cattle Company, and Vito’s Chop House.

  • The 6-ounce plant-based steak debuting at Charley’s Steak House in Orlando will be sold at USD 69, under the name "F U Filet Mignon — Freaking Unbelievable Plant-Based by Chunk." This offering will mark the first time a steakhouse in the US serves a plant-based filet.
