Bramble Energy, a UK-based hydrogen fuel-cell startup, announced that it has opened its new headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex.
The facility, known as Atrium Court, is a 34,000 sq ft space that features a hydrogen innovation hub and testing facility for hydrogen fuel cells, electrolyzers, and sensors.
Analyst QuickTake: In May 2023 , Bramble Energy partnered with Equipmake, Aeristech, and the University of Bath to form a UK-based consortium known as the “Integrated Drivetrain Initiative.” This consortium intends to develop an integrated hydrogen fuel-cell bus technology. It already received GBP 6.3 million (USD 7.9 million) in funding from the Advanced Propulsion Centre as part of the Automotive Transformation Fund.
