Lightbeam.ai, an AI-powered privacy platform, announced the launch of Spectra Copilot, an AI system designed to help organizations protect sensitive data including customers' personally identifiable information (PII), and securely train and deploy AI, including large language models (LLMs).
According to Lightbeam, Spectra Copilot learns compliance policies and privacy requirements and connects to an organization’s infrastructure and applications to identify sensitive data and prevent loss or leakage, continuously monitoring and logging data to identify issues and trace their origins. Spectra Copilot also helps deploy secure data pipelines for AI training and maintains identity-centric records to enable compliant data disclosure.
Launched in April 2022, Lightbeam is developing privacy-preserving tools using AI and machine learning (ML), including the Spectra AI engine, which locates and maps sensitive data across repositories, building an identity-centric data graph from disparate fragments and PrivacyOps, a privacy compliance workflow automation platform.
