Kodiak Robotics and Pilot Flying J open autonomous truck terminal in Georgia

Product updates

  • Kodiak Robotics, an autonomous truck manufacturer, and Pilot Flying J, a chain of truck stops in the US and Canada, have opened their first autonomous truck terminal in Villa Rica, Georgia, serving as a hub for self-driving trucks to manage first- and last-mile deliveries.

  • The hub, owned by Pilot, is expected to support Kodiak’s 18,000-mile-long deployment routes, serving as a deployment and landing point for trucks in Atlanta.

  • This facility will serve Kodiak Robotics’ network as a secondary hub in the East, while its Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas hub will continue to serve as the primary terminal for its autonomous truck fleet.
