CoGo, a New Zealand-based personal carbon footprint management app, enhanced its collaboration with NewDay, a UK-based financial services company, to introduce a carbon-tracking tool to the latter's Aqua credit cards.
The tool would allow Aqua card users to assess the carbon footprint of their transactions aided by CoGo’s technology, which specializes in estimating CO2 emissions related to consumer expenditure.
This development was preceded by the successful integration of CoGo’s carbon insights to NewDay’s Bip digital credit card in November 2022 .
