Rockset, a search and analytics company, has raised USD 44 million in funding (USD 37 million in equity and USD 7 million in debt) led by Icon Ventures with participation from Glynn Capital, Four Rivers, K5 Global, Sequoia, and Greylock. The funding brings Rockset's total funds raised to USD 105 million.
The funding will be used in R&D, geographic expansion, and sales and marketing.
The company has reportedly tripled its revenue and doubled its customer base (to 250+ organizations) YoY in the past two years, consecutively.
