The Vegetarian Butcher, a Unilever-owned plant-based meat brand, has launched a plant-based kebab skewer jointly developed with Duzgun Food Group for foodservice in Europe.
Made using a combination of soy, fats, and traditional spices, the meat-free kebab was designed for large-scale cooking and grilling and claims to provide an authentic taste and experience as meat kebabs. Further, it is halal-certified, lactose-free, and suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and flexitarians.
