The Plant Based Seafood Co. partners with Sam Rust Seafood to expand distribution in the US

Partnerships

  • The Plant Based Seafood Co (TPBSC), the alternative seafood company known for its Mind Blown brand plant-based seafood, has partnered with Sam Rust Seafood (SRS), a wholesale supplier, to expand its distribution network in the US.

  • Through this partnership, TPBSC will leverage SRS' extensive distribution network of restaurants and retailers to increase the accessibility of its plant-based seafood alternatives to American consumers.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This marks TPBSC's first partnership with a large-scale distributor. Since 2022, the company has banked on partnerships with retailers such as Harris Teeter and Sprouts Farmers Market to expand its distribution. Given SRS has a significant hospitality and food service consumer base, this will allow TPBSC to cater to new sectors.
