Platform Science, a provider of IoT-based fleet management solutions, has partnered with Irdeto, a cybersecurity company, to integrate Irdeto's digital key solution, Keystone, into Platform Science's fleet management platform.

The partnership enables the users of Platform Science to access Keystone, a digital key solution that provides its users proximity-based vehicle access by leveraging Bluetooth Low Energy technology. It enables fleet managers to manage access to their vehicle fleet and obtain real-time updates on the fleet activities.  

Analyst QuickTake: Platform science leverages partnerships with technology companies to enhance its product offering. Recently, the company partnered with Uptake to provide predictive maintenance capabilities for truck fleets (July 2023) and CAT Scale to integrate the latter’s truck weighing and location finder solutions into its products (February 2023). It has other product integrations with technology providers, including Drivewyze , Lytx , CoPilot , and E-SMART .
