NotCo partners with Melt Pizzas to develop two vegan pizzas in Chile

Partnerships

  • NotCo, a Chilean FoodTech company, has partnered with Melt Pizzas, a local restaurant chain, to develop two vegan pizzas using NotCheese as a topping.

  • Melt Pizzas will feature NotCheese in two vegan pizzas, the Vegan Pesto Margarita and the Vegan Veggie. According to Melt Pizzas, NotCheese was selected due to the melting properties it offers over other plant-based cheese brands.

  • Analyst QuickTake: NotCo is one of the most popular alternative dairy brands in the plant-based space. This local partnership follows the company’s previous partnerships with international pizza chain Papa John's and a joint venture with leading manufacturer Kraft Heinz.
