Sureify partners with State Farm to launch financial wellbeing app

  • Sureify, a provider of turnkey life insurance solutions, has partnered with State Farm to launch the State Farm Life Enhanced mobile app, which comprises digital tools to enhance policyholder well-being in exchange for rewards.

  • The app leverages data points from wearable devices and other lifestyle apps to offer activity tracking, goal setting, and wellness education for user’s to improve their health and lifestyles. Additionally, it provides end-of-life financial planning services through Sureify’s collaborations with FreeWill and Wellthy.

  • Analyst QuickTake: There is a noticeable trend among life insurers, such as YuLife and MassMutual , who are increasingly using smartphones and wearables to monitor policyholders' health. These devices provide valuable data that allows insurers to offer personalized recommendations aimed at improving the well-being of policyholders and incentivizing healthier lifestyles through rewards. This service is positioned as a value-added benefit, proving advantageous for both policyholders and insurers by potentially leading to lower premiums and claims payouts.
